When an athlete is removed from a regional start list the next athlete from the waitlist will be entered to maximize the field size within 24 after the close of registration.

• When an athlete is moved from the waitlist to the event, they will receive a text only, no email, that they have been moved into the event.
• No shows or late cancellations of an athlete's attendance will be marked as a DNS and no refund will be given.  
• The field cap size can be increased to accommodate waitlist competitors at a series directors discretion.
