USASA Refund Policy

To maintain fair and equal access for all, USASA has adopted the following policy updates for the 2025-2026 season. 

Refund Policy: Regional Series event registration refunds are permitted at the discretion of the Series Directo up to three days prior to the event for illness or injury with a doctor’s note. Requests lacking the required documentation will not be accepted. Members must contact the Regional Series Directors directly to request refunds. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 days of your request. Memberships are not refundable under any circumstances. No shows or late cancellations of an athlete's attendance will be marked as a DNS and no refund will be given.

Rescheduled Events:  If an event is postponed entries will automatically be moved to the rescheduled event. Refunds will be processed in special circumstances if the participant cannot make the new date and must be requested within 72 hours after the event is rescheduled. After this time no refunds will be processed.

Canceled Events:  Refunds will be processed accordingly, please allow up to 2 weeks.

Futures Tour Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed up to two weeks before the Team Captains Meeting (TCM.) No refunds are permitted after this period. 

Team Captains Meeting - If an athlete is not represented by checking in on site or at the TCM the evening before the event they will be removed from the start list (without refund) and the next athlete from the waitlist will be added. Refunds from the waitlist will be processed up to two weeks following the TCM.
