ATHLETES:

If you are interested in competing at Nationals, you must register for that event between March 12 – March 17. All competitors who register during this five day period will be added to a “waitlist” (think of this as an “Intend to Compete” List). Payment information will be collected during that time, but will not be charged until your registration is confirmed.

Starting on March 18, USASA will convert all qualified athletes from the “Intend to Compete” list to confirmed registrations for the event, starting first with Regional Champions, then filling the field up to the stated cap size in order of the National Ranking list. This process is performed by USASA, and all confirmed athletes will receive an email confirming their registration to Nationals once they are confirmed. The process will conclude on March 24, 2025.

Online entry is scheduled to open on March 12th, 2025 at 12:00 pm MST and will close on Monday March 17th, 2025 at 11:55 pm MST.

The confirmation process will begin on March 18th and should be completed by E.O.D. March 24th, 2025.

COACHES:

All coaches must pay and register in advance.

Coach Registration for Nationals is $100 to access all venues each week. If you do not have an Ikon pass you will be given a 7 day pass with the armband. The armband is valid for one week, an additional armband must be purchased if coaching both weeks.
Please make sure to read the information below in its entirety.

All Coaches are REQUIRED to have a valid US Ski & Snowboard certification in addition to their current US Ski & Snowboard Membership. Your membership must say “Current” at the top, and “ACTIVE” next to your certification down below.

If you have not yet completed your coaches ed requirements, you must do so prior to coaching at Nationals OR pay a nonrefundable $100 Nationals Provisional Coaches License.

Your registration includes a coach arm band for the week, granting you access to the athlete area on course, as well as a seven day Copper lift pass.

If you plan to attend Snowboard Week and Freeski week, you must register for both.

All Coaches must have a CURRENT USASA and US Ski & Snowboard memberships, as well as an ACTIVE coaching certification.
